My name is Lee Hanner. I live in Topeka, KS and I knew at age 9 that pastry creation was my passion in life. Cakes and pastries have been part of my career since the very beginning. I have had 25 years of personal experience and 18 years of professional experience with confectioneries.
I thought, “Why not do what you love for a living?!” and decided to further my education by going to pastry school. In 2007, I graduated from Platt College with a Certification in Pastry Arts.
No matter what the occasion, I work tirelessly to ensure your cake is as beautiful as it is delicious. From simple round cakes to groom’s cakes, wedding cakes to birthday cakes, I will make sure that your cake is the centerpiece of your event.
At Confectionary Disasters LLC we take pride in our chocolate, we only use Sephra chocolate in our Sephra chocolate fountain.
