Women Empowerment, Inc.(WE) is a 501(C)(3) organization in Topeka, KS providing free services to girls K-12; through literacy, leadership, and education.

WE began as a book club in the summer of 2010 with two members. Since its inception, the organization has expanded programs, increased membership, and began community outreach programs for young women in the Topeka community. Since July 2011, WE has served over 100 unduplicated youth through outreach efforts.

The vision of the organization is to continue to serve the young women in the Topeka area. Agency growth will depend on demand for services and availability of staff members; however, the founder would like to see substantial growth and utilization within the Topeka Community. Additionally, the vision is to continue to grow in areas of youth programming, academic giving, and women empowerment.
